4. Penne a la Vodka  - tomato shallots, vodka & a touch of cream.

5. Chicken Chasseur - with wild mushrooms, fresh herbs in a brown sherry sauce.

6. Tri-Color Rotini - roast chicken & spinach tossed in tomato cream sauce topped with grated mozzarella.

1. Italian Style Salad - Over crisp romaine with fresh mozzarella, toasted peppers, olives, tomatoes,

             garlic crouton, tossed in herbal vinaigrette.

             parmesan cheese & creamy Caesar dressing.

3. Mesclun Green Salad - with balsamic dressing.
